Experienced Radiographer
The PNG Recruiter Limited is currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a motivated and Experienced Radiographer. Our client is a growing Integrated Health Clinic, committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered healthcare services to individuals, families, and corporate clients.
Position Location: Lae, PNG.
Position Type: 12-month Contract with view to extend to support service needs (as required).
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures in accordance with professional standards and protocols.
- Ensure accurate patient positioning, image quality, and radiation safety compliance.
- Maintain imaging equipment and report any operational issues.
- Support the Practice Manager with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, ordering consumables, and maintaining inventory records.
- Assist with daily operational and administrative requirements as needed.
- Contribute to a positive and efficient workplace environment.
Required Qualification, Experience & Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Imaging Science, Radiography or related qualification from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a practicing Radiographer.
- Current registration and licensing in Papua New Guinea.
- Demonstrated competence in general radiography and patient care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and patient care.
- Experience in a private practice or busy healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational and inventory control skills.
- Proficiency in radiology information systems and digital imaging technology.
